The Municipality of Quezon sits on Alabat Island, bounded by the Pacific Ocean (north, west) and Lamon Bay (east, south). It is 82 km from Lucena City and about 217 km from Manila. Total land area is 7,122.2 hectares with municipal waters of about 14,931.34 hectares.
People
As of the 2020 census, Quezon has 15,886 residents (7,844 male, 7,384 female) across 24 barangays, growing at 0.89% annually. The town is home to indigenous communities, including speakers of the Inagta Alabat language.
