1. Acceptance of Terms

This website is the official online services portal of the Municipality of Quezon, Province of Quezon, Philippines. By accessing or using this portal, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the portal.

2. Use of Online Services

  • You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information in every application, feedback submission, or transaction made through this portal.
  • Submitting falsified information or fraudulent documents is punishable under applicable Philippine laws, including the Revised Penal Code and the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012 (RA 10175).
  • Reference numbers and ticket numbers issued by this portal are for your personal transaction records. Keep them confidential.
  • Online applications are processed during official office hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM), following the processing times published in the Citizen's Charter.

3. Payments and Fees

Fees displayed on this portal follow the municipality's revenue code and the Citizen's Charter. Online payments are processed by accredited payment providers (GCash, Maya, and card networks); their own terms apply to the payment transaction. Official receipts are issued for all payments. Fees marked as "assessed" are finalized upon evaluation of your application.

4. Intellectual Property and Content

Content on this portal — including text, logos, and official issuances — is the property of the Municipality of Quezon or its content providers. Public documents may be reproduced for lawful, non-commercial purposes with proper attribution. You may not use this portal's name or design to misrepresent affiliation with the LGU.

5. Availability and Limitation of Liability

We strive to keep the portal available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary downtime. The LGU is not liable for losses arising from portal unavailability, provided that in-person services at the Municipal Hall remain available during office hours. Information on this portal is provided for general guidance; in case of conflict, the official printed issuances and the Citizen's Charter prevail.

6. Prohibited Conduct

  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the portal or its systems;
  • Interfering with the portal's operation, including automated scraping that degrades service;
  • Impersonating another person or a government official; and
  • Using the portal for any unlawful purpose.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of the portal after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
