What services can I apply for online?

You can browse all municipal services on the Services page, including business permits, barangay clearances, civil registry documents, and tax clearances. Services marked as available online can be applied for directly through this portal; the rest list their complete requirements so you can prepare before visiting the Municipal Hall.

How do I track my application?

Use the Track Application page and enter the reference number issued when you submitted your application. Reference numbers look like APP-2026-XXXXXX and are sent through the confirmation email or SMS and printed on your receipt.

What payment methods are accepted?

For services with online payment enabled, you can pay using GCash, Maya, or credit/debit cards (Visa and Mastercard). Over-the-counter cash payments are always accepted at the Municipal Treasurer’s Office during office hours.

What are the office hours of the Municipal Hall?

The Municipal Hall is open Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, except during national and local holidays. Online services on this portal are available 24/7, but applications are processed during office hours.

Where is the Municipal Hall located?

How do I verify if a document is authentic?

Use the Document Verification page and enter the reference number printed on the document, or scan its QR code with your phone. Permits, clearances, and certificates issued through our digital system can be verified instantly.

How long does it take to process an application?

Processing times vary per service and are listed on each service’s detail page, in line with our Citizen’s Charter and the Ease of Doing Business Act (RA 11032). Simple transactions take up to 3 working days, complex ones up to 7, and highly technical applications up to 20.

I lost my reference number. What should I do?

Check the confirmation email or SMS you received when you applied. If you cannot find it, contact us through the Contact page or visit the office where you filed the application, bringing a valid government-issued ID.

How do I file a complaint or suggestion?

Go to the Contact page and submit your feedback under the Complaint or Suggestion category. You will receive a ticket number you can use to follow up. We aim to respond within 3 to 5 working days.

Is my personal information safe on this portal?
