Reference numbers look like APP-2026-XXXXXX and can be found in your application receipt or confirmation email/SMS.

How to Track Your Application

  1. 1Find your reference number from your application receipt, confirmation email, or SMS.
  2. 2Enter the reference number in the search box above (e.g., APP-2026-000123).
  3. 3Click "Track" to view your application status and timeline.

Tip: Reference numbers follow the format APP-YEAR-NUMBER (for example, APP-2026-000123) and are issued when you submit an application online or at the Municipal Hall.
