Born December 27, 1948. Served 25 years as a police officer and three consecutive terms as municipal councillor before assuming office in July 2022. Governing philosophy: "SERBISYONG JUAN for ALL." Under his leadership the LGU was named Most Improved LGU in Quezon Province (2022 CMCI) and Most Competitive LGU for the Resiliency Pillar (2022 CMCI), with an Excellence Award in the Small Scale Category (2023).
