Mission : To lead and coordinate inclusive, evidence-based disaster risk reduction efforts in Quezon as the LGU’s executive arm, driving strategic programs, fostering multi-sectoral collaboration, and empowering communities toward resilient and proactive risk governance.
Vision : Quezon envisions a disaster-resilient community led by a proactive, multi-sectoral Local DRRM Council and supported by a structured Municipal DRRM Office staffed with competent and committed personnel. Guided by visionary leadership and an inclusive Local DRRM Plan, developed through active collaboration with communities, schools, volunteers, CSOs, and the private sector, Quezon advances a culture of preparedness, risk-informed development, and sustainable resilience.
