- Previous Year's Business Permit
- Barangay Business Clearance
- Financial Statement or Gross Sales Declaration
- Community Tax Certificate (Cedula)

How to apply

Submit your application
Visit the Business Permits and Licensing Office at the Municipal Hall and submit your complete requirements.

Pay the required fees
Settle the fees at the Municipal Treasurer's Office and keep your official receipt. Some fees are assessed based on your application.

Wait for processing
The office will review and process your application. Typical processing time is 2 working days.

Claim your document
Once approved, claim your document or permit at the issuing office. Bring a valid ID and your official receipt or claim stub.
